I realize it’s been a while since I’ve blogged. Actually, life just seems to happen sometimes.

But I got to thinking about (what else!) the food we eat and how it affects our skin, hair and nails. And considering what I do for a living, I thought it would be appropriate to post the things I eat and recommend for outer beauty. I’ve mentioned this in previous posts, and of course, I’ve posted some of the delicious smoothies I love to make. But I’m thinking of a different twist on things.

Until I get that going, try this delicious chocolate and HEALTHY pudding I made today:

You probably know by now I never measure anything…

1 avocado
1 banana
Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt
1 tsp vanilla
Raw cacao powder
Honey
Water for consistency

Put it all in your blender (I use a Vita-Mix) with just about a tablespoon or so of water to get the blender going. Add more water if needed for consistency. Chill in refrigerator or eat right away like I did :-)
